The Maison "Philippe Dublanc" was created in 1980 in the Bordeaux region in France by Philippe Dublanc himself. He originally came from the famous Champagne region but had already moved to Bordeaux by the age of 20. It was always his goal to create wonderful quality sparkling wines outside the Champagne region to show that sparkling could also offer a wonderful tasting experience wines without being linked to an "appellation of origin".
Grapes sourced from Vineyard in La Mancha, Spain and Charente, at Southwest France.
Pale gold with a hint of green. Intense fruit aromas, fresh butter, and cake. Fairly creamy, smooth, and fresh with lingering aromas very harmonious. Fine and elegant bubbles on the palate.
A celebratory aperitif before a big dinner served with appetizers, an oyster or fish course, or throughout a light spring meal, it's perfect.
